How to make a post stay on the top of blog homepage?
OR
How to make a sticky post on blogger?
1. Go to Posing (tab) -> click 'New Post' (subtab)
2. Paste your content
3. Publish Post (Do not save as draft)
4. Go back to edit Post
5. Click on 'Post Options'
6. Change the publish date to the future date
7. Publish again
Note: The key to this tutorial is do not save post as draft.
